Project Registration: How It Works
How It Works
- Find a Project: If you have a few volunteers wanting to join an organized project, find an opportunity listed under "Register Individual Volunteers". This will be a project led and organized by SERVE 6.8 that you can join. Nothing else is needed other than signing up and showing up! If you have a small group or team wanting to take on a full project, claim a project under "Claim the Full Project". Information below will walk you through the process for claiming a full project.
- We will contact you: If you have claimed a full project, we will be in touch within the next 24-48 hours. This will be (semi) flexible scheduling. We will provide all the information and walk you through the next steps! We are here to support you with processes and materials/supplies to complete the project.
- Contact the family: After you have talked with the SERVE 6.8 team, we will provide the contact info for the family.
- Before your project: Please look over this document to prepare for volunteer check-in, kick-off, tracking, best practices, etc. Find that here.
- After your project: Please fill out the completion report (linked here) and continue to build relationship with the family you served today!
