No documentation is required, come to any sign up event and fill out provided paperwork.

Can I sign up for other families?

No, each family needs to attend an event and provide their family's information and gift requests.

Can I sign up for multiple holiday programs?

Only sign up for one community organization or school's Christmas or Thanksgiving program. If you would like to sign up for Adopt-A-Family, let your school counselor know to remove you from other lists.

What is provided?

The Adopt-A-Family ministry provides food boxes and a turkey or $20 gift card at Thanksgiving and 3 gifts per child and a family gift card at Christmas.

When do I pick up?Thanksgiving and Christmas pick ups will be assigned when you turn in your Gift Request Form at a Sign Up Night. Keep your tickets for pick up or take a photo on your phone.
